Welcome to zendoor.net (the “Site”), owned and operated by ZenDoor Real Estate Inc. (“ZenDoor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The Site is provided for informational purposes to help you learn about ZenDoor Real Estate, browse property listings, request property valuations, and connect with our agents. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Real Estate Listings and MLS/IDX Data

Property listing information displayed on the Site is provided through MLS/IDX data feeds and is believed to be accurate and reliable but is not guaranteed and may be subject to errors, omissions, prior sale, change, or withdrawal without notice. All information should be independently verified.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a guarantee of availability of any property. Square footage, acreage, and other property details are approximate.

Actual market value, loan terms, and monthly payments may vary.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

If you opt in to receive text messages from ZenDoor Real Estate Inc., the following terms apply in addition to the terms described in our Privacy Policy:

Program description: Messages may include property and listing alerts, appointment confirmations and reminders, transaction-related updates, and marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
